These Terms & Conditions govern all driving lessons and services provided by Off and Racing Driving School. By booking a lesson, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Bookings & Payment

  • Lessons must be booked and confirmed in advance by phone, text, or via our online booking system.

  • Payment is due at time of booking via the booking link.

  • Lesson packages, once purchased, are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson without charge.

  • Cancellations made with less notice, or no-shows, will be charged the full lesson fee.

  • Lessons cancelled by the instructor (for example, due to illness or vehicle issues) will be rescheduled at no extra cost or fully refunded.

3. Learner Requirements

  • Students must hold a current, valid Learner's Permit for the duration of their lessons, in accordance with WA Department of Transport requirements.

  • Students must disclose any medical conditions or medications that could affect their ability to drive safely.

  • The instructor reserves the right to end a lesson early, without refund, if a student presents unfit to drive (for example, affected by alcohol, drugs, or fatigue) or behaves unsafely.

4. Vehicle & Insurance

  • Lessons are conducted in a fully insured, dual-control vehicle provided by the instructor.

  • Students are covered under the instructor's insurance policy while driving the vehicle for lesson purposes.

  • Students may be held liable for damage caused by reckless, negligent, or intentional misconduct.

5. Instructor Conduct & Safety

  • The instructor holds a current Driving Instructor's Licence issued by the WA Department of Transport.

  • The instructor reserves the right to take control of the vehicle (via dual controls) at any time for safety reasons.

  • All lessons are conducted in accordance with WA road rules and safe driving practices.

6. Liability

  • While every precaution is taken, the instructor and business are not liable for accidents, damage, or injury resulting from circumstances outside their reasonable control.

  • Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Privacy

  • Personal information collected (such as name, contact details, and licence details) is used only for booking and lesson purposes and is not shared with third parties without consent.

8. Changes to These Terms

  • These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
